Sara
serves as our Director of Operations and Principal Consultant. We’re fortunate to have Sara’s
expertise as a very gifted analyst focused on our assessment methodology
and instruments. Sara's career includes over twelve years of interviewing,
profiling and decision support, focused on marketing, sales and consulting
practices in the Information Technology industry. She is our key
staff member for candidate assessment and the development and refinement
of our evaluation instruments.
Sara is one of the original members of our team but prior to Selection
Strategies, she was a Senior Consultant with Marketing Personnel
Research, Inc. (MPR) in Chicago. She was responsible for a variety
of functions, including interview development, analysis, report
writing and account management. She provided internal support to
a variety of MPR consultants while managing her own portfolio of
accounts. Before entering the field of behavioral interviewing,
Sara worked for a social service agency in Chicago, managing a
client case load of developmentally disabled and mentally ill adults.
