Pam Burton serves as a Consultant and we consider her our “interviewing weapon.” A certified interviewer, Pam’s primary responsibility is the administration of our Hiring Decision Support Tools – principally the In-SITE™ (In-Depth Sales Interview & Trait Evaluation). Additionally, Pam interacts with executives to gather critical data in formulating hiring profiles and obtaining additional information that permits Selection Strategies to gain detailed insight about candidates and the needs of our clients. Pam’s skill and insight have proven invaluable and her perspective on candidates have earned her accolades from managers and executives who base critical hiring decisions on her input. A key member of our team, Pam is continuously involved in the upgrading and improvement of our selection & assessment instruments and processes.
Prior to joining Selection Strategies in 2000, Pam was employed in a variety of roles, working in the Software and Oil & Gas industries with several start-up companies in marketing and human resources functions. Pam earned a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Houston. She has received numerous professional accreditations to include completion of our interviewer certification program.
