Trez serves as our Director of Research. She has successfully managed sales operations for software start-ups and coordinated sales expansion efforts for a Fortune 500 company.  Her primary areas of expertise include managing sales relationships, direct marketing, and new business development.  

She has held various sales and marketing management positions at Datasweep Inc., Instill Corporation, and Blue Martini Software.  While at Blue Martini Software, she consistently out produced her Events Group peers by converting the most leads into prospects and ultimately prospects into revenue.  

While at Oracle, Trez worked alongside the VP of North America Sales for Oracle University in restructuring the sales organization responsible for approximately $100.0M in revenue. Trez helped create a pre-sales component, expand outbound telesales, and launch a lead ”warming” sales process. In addition, Trez orchestrated the recruiting, hiring, and training of 64 new sales representatives as well as ensuring the retention 30 existing high-performing reps. 

Trez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
